A beautiful penthouse apartment with a view over the whole of Koblenz. The large roof terrace with a barrel sauna and outdoor shower invites you to relax, and the sundowner is unique. State-of-the-art amenities, from air conditioning and a walk-in shower to a box-spring bed, leave nothing to be desired. Upon request, we can also accommodate children and families: a baby cot and a highchair are available. Excellent connections by car and public transport make it ideal for vacations, business trips, and more. High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Living Room & Kitchen

Large room with a great kitchen, dining area, and living room. The room has air conditioning, plenty of cozy lighting, and a flat-screen TV with popular streaming services that you can access yourself. The comfortable couch can be used as a sofa bed for more than two people (approx. 140x200cm sleeping area). A cozy topper makes sleeping even more comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: - Refrigerator and freezer - Convection oven - Induction hob with integrated extractor - Dishwasher - Washer-dryer (washing machine with integrated dryer option) - Kettle - Toaster - Capsule coffee machine for regular and XL Nespresso capsules. Everything you normally need in a kitchen is there: - Dishes, glasses, cups, and cutlery - Pots and pans - Bowls, cooking utensils, etc.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a large 180x200cm box spring bed, a large wardrobe (about half of which is usable; the remaining wardrobes are locked), a flat-screen TV with popular streaming services that you can access yourself, and air conditioning. If you add the toddler package (€20/day, can be ordered via our portal after your Airbnb booking), you'll also find a baby bed with bedding and, of course, a high chair in the kitchen. The beds are made up for the number of people booked (at least the double bed, for 3-4 people the sofa bed, and as part of the toddler package also the baby cot). You will find a set of towels (face cloth, hand towel, bath towel, and sauna towel) for each booked person, as well as an optional bathrobe (which you can order afterwards via our portal).

Bathroom

The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower, a toilet, and a vanity. There is plenty of storage space thanks to matching cabinets and a large, illuminated mirror. We provide shower gel/shampoo and hand soap, as well as toilet paper.

Roof Terrace

The highlight of the accommodation: a 360° roof terrace with views over Koblenz and the Eifel Mountains! Equipped with a barrel sauna, an outdoor shower, and loungers and seating with comfortable cushions, you can enjoy both the sun during the day and a unique sundowner in the evening. Access to the roof terrace is reserved exclusively for the penthouse apartment. Access is via a roof hatch in the stairwell, which opens fully automatically with a remote control.

Guest Access

Contactless check-in and check-out are possible. Keyless access to the house and apartment is provided via a PIN code. Access to the roof terrace is via a remote control located in the accommodation.

The connection to the A48 is very good, and you can reach the motorway in just a few minutes. Public transport (bus line 150, for example) takes you to both the Koblenz city center and the main train station. In the other direction, the bus goes to Höhr-Grenzhausen. Vallendar, Urbar, and the Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein district are also on the way to Koblenz. There are also other bus lines, for example to Bendorf.

The B28 district is located in the quiet town of Weitersburg, with a population of approximately 2,500. The location is convenient for transportation, yet quiet.
